Agents
Most players never open an account. They give their numbers to an agent, who fills a card and registers it for them. This is what that should look like from your side.
What an agent does
An agent takes your numbers and your stake, writes them on a card, and registers the card for you. They pay for the registration and you pay them — which is why they can register you where there is no signal and no bank nearby. When you win, the agent is usually the person who pays you.
Some agents supervise others. A supervising agent checks the cards their agents have filled before those cards become registrations, so a card can take a little time to appear as an entry.
Before you hand over money
- Check the card in front of you. Your numbers, the game and what you are staking on each run should all be written on it before you pay.
- Keep the card. It carries the reference that proves the entry is yours, and it is what you will need to collect a win.
- Agents are appointed by the office and approved before they can register anybody. Somebody who cannot give you a card and a reference is not registering you for this game.
Checking a card yourself
You do not need an account. Once your card has been registered you can check it here with the game code, the registration number and the name on the card — all three are on the card the agent gave you.
If you are an agent
Sign in with your agent number and PIN. Cards can be filled with no signal at all and sent up when there is some, and your commission statements are there week by week, as the Agency sent them.
Agents are appointed by the office. There is no way to apply on this site.
